2. Subject of the Agreement

The subject of this agreement is to determine the rights and obligations of the parties regarding the purchase and use of the iSIM (integrated SIM) based internet data plan service ordered electronically by the Buyer via the website www.isim.city.

3. Description of the Service

  • The service provided by the Seller is internet data plan packages delivered via iSIM technology.

  • The scope of the package depends on the duration, data allowance, and coverage area selected by the Buyer.

  • Once the QR code provided to the Buyer is scanned, the iSIM is immediately activated and the service period begins.

  • The purchased package is valid only for the purchased duration. At the end of this period, the service terminates.

  • If the Buyer purchases a renewal or a new package, the service continues seamlessly without interruption.

  • The service is for the Buyer’s personal use only and cannot be transferred, resold, or used for commercial purposes.

4. Delivery

  • Delivery of the service is deemed to have occurred once the QR code is electronically provided to the Buyer.

  • When the Buyer scans the QR code, the service becomes available, and the activation is completed.

5. Service Fee and Payment

  • The service fee is determined based on the data plan selected during the order process.

  • Payment is made online by credit card or other methods offered by the Seller.

  • The Seller reserves the right to update prices and promotions without prior notice.

6. Right of Withdrawal and Refund Conditions

  • In accordance with consumer protection laws, the Buyer has the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days, provided that the iSIM has not been activated (the QR code has not been scanned).

  • Once the QR code is scanned and the iSIM is activated, the service is considered delivered in full, and the right of withdrawal expires. No cancellations or refunds are possible after activation.

  • To exercise the right of withdrawal, the Buyer must notify the Seller in writing before activation.

7. Data Security and Privacy

The Seller shall process and protect the Buyer’s personal data only for the purpose of fulfilling this agreement, in accordance with GDPR and applicable data protection laws. Details are outlined in the Seller’s Privacy Policy.

8. Force Majeure

The Seller shall not be held liable for failure to provide the service due to circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to natural disasters, wars, government decisions, infrastructure failures, or telecommunication disruptions.

9. Governing Law and Jurisdiction

This agreement is governed by German Law. Any disputes arising from this agreement shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Düsseldorf Courts.

10. Enforcement

This agreement enters into force when the Buyer confirms the order electronically and remains binding for both parties.
